Each build is manufactured off-site in controlled conditions before being transported using specialist lifting equipment and trusted logistics partners. From the use of forklift manoeuvring and machine skates to spreader beams that protect external finishes during lifting, every stage is managed with attention to detail and a strong focus on safety, competence and care.
Preparation is key to a seamless installation. We typically work with pre-installed groundscrews so cabins can be craned directly into place with minimal disruption to the surrounding landscape. Once positioned, only final electrical connections and finishing touches remain before the cabin is ready to use. All Phase cabins are fully manufactured off-site before being delivered using specialist HIAB transport and lifting equipment. We typically install onto pre-prepared groundscrews, allowing the cabin to be craned directly into position with minimal disruption to the surrounding area. Once installed, only final utility connections and landscaping touches are usually required before the cabin is ready to use.
